A Serene Birthday Celebration

(Rock Hall, MD) Our client hosted an Intimate Surprise 40th Birthday Celebration for her Husband. As guests arrived they were greeted with Sparkling Wine, Sparkling Water, Passed Hors D' Oeuvres, and smiles from Humble Hearts Banquet Servers.

In the background was soothing sounds from the Orchestra Trio who serenated guests throughout the entire evening.

Following cocktail hour, guests gathered at the dining tables and enjoyed assorted Wine and a Gourmet Dinner artfully prepared by Chef Alicia. They were delighted to end their dining experience with a beautiful and delicious dessert!

  • Arugula and Local Corn Salad with Heirloom Grape Tomatoes, Cotija Mexican Cheese with Cilantro-Lime Vinaigrette.

  • Artisan Focaccia Bread & Butter

Second Course

  • Maryland Style Crab Cakes with Smoked Aioli, Chipotle Cauliflower Puree and Grilled Zucchini
